Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Spend Easy. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@spendeasy.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at support@spendeasy.co.uk and we'll be happy to assist.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at support@spendeasy.co.uk so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
